Our first contact on discovering a flooded rental was with the business owner who personally answered the phone and assured us they could be out within an hour and a half. They were. It was very reassuring to turn the entire project over to Andrew and his team and know that things were being done to industry standards, that we could safely leave the house in their hands. Small things like uniforms, care to protect carpeting, full picture documentation, etc., were important.
