I just want to let you know how much I appreciate all your TEAM did. They were very helpful in getting things done to insure the plumber could do their work too. They went out of their way to accommodate the plumber. They kept me informed every step of the way. I really appreciated the completely professional work they did.

You were recommended to us by a plumber to mitigate water in our crawl space. The service we received was top notch from start to finish and I understand why the plumber recommended you. Your staff are friendly and courteous and John and Kenny were amazing! The water is gone, the issue fixed and we are extremely happy. We will highly recommend NV Water and Fire Restoration. I am very happy with the folks at Nevada Water and Fire. We came home from visiting family to find a busted water pipe and a flooded master bedroom and bath. They removed the carpet and and got rid of the mold quickly and efficiently. They removed anything that might cause us trouble later in the house and under the house. Thanks Nevada Water and Fire.

Professional, courteous and personable employees. Our first contact on discovering a flooded rental was with the business owner who personally answered the phone and assured us they could be out within an hour and a half. They were. It was very reassuring to turn the entire project over to Andrew and his team and know that things were being done to industry standards, that we could safely leave the house in their hands. Small things like uniforms, care to protect carpeting, full picture documentation, etc., were important. While we hope we don't need this company again (!), we could not have been happier with their response and know we can turn to them should we ever face a similar issue.
